This 12 week 1:1 health coaching program for Women with Type 2 Diabetes will empower you to take control of your health and wellbeing. Each week, we will focus on a different aspect of diabetes management, guidance on making lifestyle changes and working with healthcare providers to manage medications and test results. You will receive personalized support, education, and resources to help you reach your goals!
In this package of three sessions, we will identify and set goals and develop strategies to achieve those goals. We will then evaluate how your work toward those goals is going, any obstacles that are coming up for you, and how we can overcome those obstacles.
